MedLaw’s services specialize in legal, medical and financial needs. They offer a small collection of legal forms particularly pertaining to estate and business matters.
MedLaw is easy to use, and there is no downloading required. They use an online interview style questionnaire to help you complete your forms. You answer question in the provide fields and the rest is done by the computer. There is also a convenient question mark feature, which provides you with expatiations and definitions of legal jargon during the process.
Documents are available in PDF and Word 2000 format. MedLaw offers a feature, which they call a free trial. Essentially, this is a complete sample version of your filled forms prior to purchase. This is a non printable version of the document. Since there are no guarantees associated with MedLaw’s forms, it is advisable to take advantage of the free trial. If you need to change information after you have purchased a form, your information remains in MedLaw’s database for 60 days and can be edited and changed for free. You must register with MedLaw to use the free trial or purchase a form.
MedLaw offers a unique service called “Professional Request for Proposal.” This program allows you to place an inquiry about a medical or legal matter, and a selection of interested doctors, lawyers or accountants will send you a proposal regarding your case.
MedLaw has a promising start, but their collection of legal forms is small and only forms related to wills are state specific.
