Legal HelpMate is a small legal service which provides you with forms regarding matters such as power of attorney, divorce and prenuptial agreements.

Legal HelpMate’s services are available in by downloading your selected form into your Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download and fill in the forms yourself. There is a free 30 day backup period of your legal documents to re–download. Legal HelpMate claims to have preparation service, but we found few forms where this feature was available. The price of these forms differs depending on the complexity of the legal matter.

The online divorce forms were one of the few documents which included preparation services. This run through and independent company called Complete Case.com. These divorce services are not available in Alabama, Quebec, South Carolina or Tennessee.

Legal HelpMate does have many resources including news and legal articles. They also have a legal dictionary and legal guides associated with each form. This was also the only service we reviewed that has discussion boards and forums which were interesting and informative.

Legal HelpMate is off to the right start incorporating articles and forums into its services, unfortunately they just don't provide enough forms to compete with our higher ranking services.
