ILRG has a large and comprehensive collection of both free and fee forms. Forms are available in Word format. All forms are fully editable and can be used repeatedly. They also offer to fax you a copy of the forms for a small fee. Unlike many legal services we reviewed, ILRG offers a flat rate of $9.99 each for all fee based forms.
For the most part, only documents pertaing to last wills, living wills and power of attorney are state specific. There is also no search feature other than browsing through its listed documents to find your forms.
ILRG's website and resources seem to be more business or law student oriented. In addition to legal forms, ILRG's home page has links to top law firms, law schools, average salaries and government websites.
They also include links for Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, Spain, Germany and Israel. These are not legal forms for these countries, but they are links to government run and funded websites.
IRLG guarantees their forms are compliant with state law and will pay $50 to anyone that finds a legal flaw. This is a great resource for legal professionals, legal students and those interested in the legal profession, but to the every day guy ILRG's links and features may seem useless.
